2. Administrative Action and Takedown Window

3. Submitting a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content, product photography, or item listing was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you have the right under federal law to submit a formal Counter-Notification.

To be valid, your Counter-Notification must be sent in writing to support@nexstylewear.shop and must include the following elements:
