A: Our daily operational cut-off time is strictly 5:00 PM (EST), Monday through Friday. Orders submitted before 5:00 PM EST enter our validation pipeline on that same day. Orders placed after this deadline or during the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) will register on the next active business day.

Q: How long will it take for my jacket or blazer to arrive?

A: Your overall delivery window is divided into two distinct operational business phases:

  • Handling/Fulfillment Time: 1 – 2 Business Days (Monday – Friday)
  • Transit/In-Network Travel Time: 2 – 6 Business Days (Monday – Friday)

A: No. Nexstylewear currently operates with a strict domestic focus. We ship exclusively to addresses within the sovereign borders of the United States, including valid PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses via USPS. We do not support international cross-border logistics.

A: To qualify for a full refund, your jacket or blazer must be returned in its original showroom condition. It must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and completely free of any cosmetics, stains, odors, or pet hair. All original manufacturer tags and labels must remain securely attached.

A: Once your return package arrives back at our corporate facility, our quality control team will inspect the item within 1–2 business days.
