- Order Cancellation Protocols
- Pre-Fulfillment Cancellations (Within the Window)
If you change your mind or need to cancel an order, you must contact us immediately at support@nexstylewear.shop.
- If your request is received during our 1–2 business day handling phase before our warehouse team has generated a shipping label or transferred the package to a carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx), we will cancel the order immediately.
- You will receive a 100% full refund credited directly back to your original payment method.
- There are no processing fees, penalty charges, or administrative deductions for a successful pre-fulfillment cancellation.
- Post-Fulfillment Cancellations (Outside the Window)
Once a shipping label has been generated, an order is officially manifested into the carrier network and cannot be recalled, intercepted, or canceled by our system.
- If your jacket or blazer has already shipped, you must wait for the package to arrive at your designated delivery address.
- Upon delivery, you can safely return the unworn garment by following our standard 30-Day Return & Refund Policy. Once received back at our facility, your refund will be processed within our standard 7-business-day window.
- Order Modification Protocols
If you discover a clerical error in your order details, please notify us immediately at support@nexstylewear.shop with your order number and the exact adjustments required.
- Address Corrections
We can update your numerical or textual shipping details (such as adding a missing suite number, correcting a street name, or adjusting a ZIP code) only if the package is still in our warehouse handling phase. We cannot reroute a package once it has been collected by USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
- Size or Style Adjustments
If you accidentally selected the wrong size or color for your jacket or blazer, please contact us immediately. If the item has not yet entered physical processing, we will gladly update the item parameters in your order invoice. If the requested size or style is out of stock, we will offer an alternative or issue a full pre-fulfillment cancellation.
